Sales Representative
Job description
- Independently process inquiries / prepare and follow up on proposals.
- Independently handle day-to-day transactions as they arise.
- Assist in contract review and negotiation as necessary with consultation with Sales Manager or Business Unit Manager.
- Support in price calculation / pricing.
- Order processing
- System-side price adjustments (also based on any indices for steel and nickel), as well as master data maintenance (XPPS / SAP)
- Preparation of sales planning for the corresponding customers
- Calculation of customer orders, as well as bookings on customer project numbers.
- Execution of customer visits
- Tracking of overdue accounts (accounts receivable management)
Job requirements
- English spoken and written, German would be helpful
- Several years of professional experience in sales of technically demanding products, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Business fluent English is mandatory due to the international environment.
- PC knowledge, Office applications, as well as SAP and XPPS knowledge.
